I am sorry this post is so late, life has been busy girl.
18 Months!
Things to Remember:
-Every morning before and after breakfast, you want to sit in my lap (with a blanket) and read your books.
-You love being outside and going on walks
-By the third Easter egg hunt, you knew exactly what to do and really enjoyed some chocolate you found in them. You really liked seeing the Easter Bunny at the Saint Anne's hunt too. You waved and waved at him on stage and were brave enough to take a picture with him and give him a high five.
-You love accessories: jewelry, hats, shoes. You love putting on everyone else's (too big for you) shoes and trying to walk around. Your favorite pair are some blue Cinderella dress-up heels
-You sit in the baby seat of the grocery cart with your sister (she squeezes in) at HEB and you tend to lay your head on her shoulder a lot, it's so sweet. You have also been conditioned to expect a cookie at the bakery.
- You sleep with a soft/stuffed pink baby doll, your puppy, blankie and a handful of pacis.
- We went strawberry picking this month and you ate your weight in berries. It was fun to teach you how to pick them and put them "gently" in your bucket.
- You have started this thing with Caroline's teacher (Ms. Lauren) that you will hold your arms out to her for her to hold you for a few minutes at drop off and pick up. She takes you into the classroom to look at the new artwork and see what is going on before you come back to me. Everyone there is asking when you will start school there but I am not ready for that! Maybe we will talk about it NEXT year but not this upcoming.
